Some of the monuments that you cannot miss are:

- Church of San Francisco. It began to be built in 1245 by the Franciscan friars. Its interior is covered with gold and in its side nave is the Tree of Jesse, a polychrome sculpture of great value worldwide.

- Porto Cathedral. The Cathedral is located in the Barrio de Batalha. From the 12th century, throughout its history and like most monuments, it has suffered several reconstructions. It is highly recommended to visit its interior and cloister.

- Church and Tower of the Clérigos. Built in the 18th century and in the Baroque style, it is one of the most emblematic monuments of the city and its tower, 76 m high, is the highest in the city.

- Church of San Idelfonso. It stands out, above all, for its facade decorated with more than 11,000 blue and white tiles. In its interior you will see beautiful stained glass windows and in the lateral walls two large paintings of Baroque style.
